I am going to be getting in touch with cafes and other potential locations through the summer and then sending them samples of biscotti from Galiano.

Getting people to drop by your Blogsite is the challenge.
My blogs are kind of *sleepy* by design. They hold info on Bill C-11, the Whistle-Blower Protection law and letters you can use to make demands of Governor General Clarkson and the government in general.
You must post a good picture of biscotti on your post or maybe yourself holding a bake pan of it.
You can get a free download of *hello* from Google. Lets you post blog photos easily. You can download Picassa2 [Photo Handling PGm.] also free, at the same time.
Since you do not have credit card payment or PayPal set up, you should have a P.O. box address posted so people can mail you a cheque.
I have a box at a *Mail Boxes etc* place, so there is not likely to be any surprise visit to my residence.
